Vietnamese coffee popsicles

I'm a weirdo. I like cold things in cold weather. I like to eat ice cream slowly and cold weather makes that possible.

So, let's make popsicles, OK?

Sweet, caffeine-providing popsicles.

My brother, the hand model.

Did I mention I like to eat popsicles in the morning? Yep, I'm a maverick. These are creamy and sweet. I used the tiny popsicle molds I bought from IKEA two or three years ago and then completely neglected.

Since this makes a lot of popsicle juice/batter/filling/liquid/whatever-you-call-it I had to use an ice cube tray that makes really big ice cubes.

You can use paper Dixie cups or an ice cube tray or whatever. Just enjoy your seasonally-inappropriate popsicle however you can, you crazy fool kid!

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 1/2 cups strong coffee. When they're well-combined, stir in 1 cup heavy cream.

Pour the liquid into your popsicle molds/Dixie cups/plastic cubes/ice cube trays and stick them into the fridge to freeze.
